We’re excited to bring you this month’s Llama Club Newsletter, packed with important updates, upcoming events, and club improvements!
Club Updates:
- Flag Pole Flags: Our flags need replacing—let us know if you’d like to contribute!
- Club Sign Update: We’re working on improving our sign out front. Suggestions welcome!
- Breakfast Price Change: Sunday breakfast is now $8 (approved at the 2/6 meeting).
- TV Advertisement Display: Approved to replace the dinner sign at the bar.
- Liquor License for Pavilion: Approved for $600 to continue full-service events.
- New Club Computer: $500 approved to improve club operations.
- Septic Issue: We are working on resolving a sewer gas leak—updates to come.
Upcoming Events:
- Llama Olympics – Saturday, 2/22 (12 PM) | Shuffleboard, Pool & Cornhole ($20 sign-up at the bar)
- Installation Dinner – Saturday, 2/15 (6-9 PM) | Prime Rib Dinner | Sign-ups at the Club
- 120 Party – Saturday, 3/1 (6-10 PM) | Band: Taylor Remaid | Tickets Available
Llama Spotlight: A Fresh Start & Call for Volunteers!
With a new board in place and big plans for 2025, we need your help to keep the Llama Club running strong! Volunteers are needed for maintenance, fundraising, and events. If you’re interested, reach out to a board member.
